I am closing in on a potential software acquisition and would like to connect with anyone with experience in software deals.

Namely, I would like to ask a few questions about what I need to be looking for/asking about regarding the code and architecture as I do not have a technical background.

Hi Mark, I have experience dealing with system and software architecture and happy to chat. In short, except for the typical DD regarding current solution performance, the focus also depends on how you plan to grow after acquisition. You would like to know whether current infrastructure has the scalability to easily integrated the new features and support large customer base without exponential resources or delays.
