Anyone have experience buying/owning a BPO or Digital Agency? Actively looking at acquiring a few companies in this space. Curious how people both source deals and approach DD - especially for entities with cost centers in Europe / Asia / North Africa.

^redacted‌ I was recently reached out by a company who used to help digital agencies get sold. Since we are a smaller company, we weren't a fit for the companies they help to be sold.
