Soft Craft Industrial Space - Industry Thesis

I am in the process of digging further into an industry thesis and would appreciate the opportunity to bounce some questions off of anyone with experience in the space. These would include services related to paint/coatings, scaffolding, fireproofing, and insulation for industrial applications.

My firm built Apache industrial services from 08-‘12 from 30m to 110m rev and sold it (Apache has traded a few times since and grown to a 1b+ revs company). This is ancient history now but I’m happy to share some of the key themes we learned. We have also had our face smashed in in the gulf coast/oil patch elsewhere.
