SOFR +300 on commercial senior cash flow facilities?
I'm looking to connect with commercial bankers that can underwrite senior facilities based off of cash flow (between 2x - 4x debt coverage).
Preference for: Industry agnostic approach but keen to asset light targets
(HVAC, Plumping, Electricians, Construction, Business Services, SaaS, etc)
Curious what others might see on pricing for the commercial senior facility for $5m - $10m + ebitda range.
Sofr +200 / +300 is the range I'm seeing.
