hey Rangan, you would need to focus on finding a niched database of SMEs in Netherlands and find the target market business owners contact data/emails/phone and build a custom list of businesses that are established typically above 10+ employees. Then i would build a campaign with a tool like smartlead/instantly.ai to deliver a personalized message to the owner, your question would be if they are considering to sell right now? then after you would need to build a relationship with them and educate them on the process, analyze the deal, make an offer, etc. hope that helps

i would sincerely doubt that any such DB exists not just in the netherlands but anywhere. I havent come across such a thing in any of the jurisdictions I have operated. I suggest that you select a couple of sectors you are interested in to research and then look for a DB/list of companies to prospect. As you speak to people in the industry you may surface opportunities or leads to the most active intermediaries in the segments you are targeting.
