Announcing SMBash 2026! SMBash is the original event for self-funded searchers, operators, and investors shaping the future of small business through acquisition (Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition). What began as a gathering for a fast-growing community of searchers, operators, HoldCo builders, and investors has evolved into a 2.5-day, in-person event grounded in practical insights, real connection, and a culture of openness. Even with the influx of new conferences in recent years, SMBash has remained one of the most established and respected ETA events in the country—including being highlighted in Forbes. We’re excited to share that SMBash will return on April 22–24, 2026 at The Rayleigh Underground in Irving/Dallas, Texas. The venue is minutes from both DFW and Love Field, surrounded by excellent hotel and dining options. SMBash is designed to be practitioner-driven and highly tactical, with a dual-track program for both searchers and operators, hands-on workshops, candid sessions with experienced CEOs, and networking that leads to real relationships and real business outcomes. Attendees explore diverse paths to ETA, gain behind-the-scenes operational knowledge, and build meaningful connections that accelerate their journey. The 2026 speaker lineup is already taking shape and will be announced soon. A number of sponsors are on board as well, and additional sponsorship opportunities are available—DM me if interested. If you're acquiring, operating, or investing in SMBs, this is the one event where the right people come together. Real peers, real insights, real momentum. Mark your calendar for April 22–24, 2026. More details on agenda, speakers, and ticket release coming soon. We look forward to seeing everyone at SMBash 2026!
