Our newest Quarterly Observer (Q4###-###-#### is now up. We gathered input from 39 SMB market participants and asked them about their greatest challenges, what's going well, trends in the market, and their optimism about the coming quarter.

A few of my takeaways:
Labor remains scarce, especially for lower wage roles
Economic uncertainty is causing more cautious spending, search for efficiencies via tech, offshoring
Supply chain challenges are easing in pockets
Investors struggling to make deals pencil.
