A bit about myself: After successfully acquiring and exiting several small businesses—including Citywide Building Services, featured in the book Think Big, Buy Small—I discovered that many business owners not only want to sell their business but also the real estate it operates from. This was exactly the case when I recently acquired a commercial door distribution business. From that experience, I identified the need for a sale-leaseback provider in the SMB space—thus, SMB CRE Holdings was born.
