I know most investors look for larger investments $750k or $1m+ EBITDA. Are there any investors comfortable with smaller investments?

Yes, we are looking at deals that are sub-$1m, but we remain focused on the same fundamentals as larger deals (e.g., decent EBITDA / SDE profile, strong post-closing management team). Ideally, we look for management buyout situations, but we also want to back strong searchers. In short, our interest is fact dependent, but we are open to look at opportunities.

Thanks for the tag ^redacted‌! We look at deals less than that as well. Our typical bottom threshold is around $500K in SDE. Let me know if you want to connect!
