I have a deal in the Chicago metro market (I'm a Searcher, not a broker) that I've decided to pass on as the majority stakeholder, but curious if there is a self-funded Searcher in the vicinity who may be interested in partnering. I've negotiated one hell of a deal with immediate upside, but due to family health reasons, I've decided to go W2 instead.
