Small security company, healthy recurring revenue

Would love to hear thoughts on potentially acquiring a small security company. True owner operator with gross revenue in the mid 200s and SDE at 140. Rural area serviced now with no competition, no advertising and is proximate to major metropolitan areas. We haven’t been searching for this size but it came to us and the numbers / growth is interesting. Look forward to hearing the groups thoughts!
