All, I haven't posted yet on this website, but I have followed posts and it seems like there are a lot of quality people on here! I recently exited a large legal services firm that I worked on growing with several partners for the last seven years. We grew our company through a combination of organic growth and M&A. During my time at the company, I wore many hats, but I primarily filled the CFO role and oversaw M&A activity for the last few years of our venture. Now that the dust has settled after our deal, I, as well as a few of my partners, are looking to fund our next deal. We are investing our own money so we can act quickly when we see a deal that we like. We are industry and check size agnostic, but like business/professional services businesses. We don't mind minority stakes in deals and honestly don't want to be the majority equity partner unless we feel we bring strategic value to a deal. I look forward to connecting with you all!
