Small Deal Attorneys

I'm searching for an attorney to work with on holding company formation, closing my first (small) deal, and creating some boiler plate agreements I can use moving forward for other small deals. I'm somewhat seasoned in deals (working for other companies), and focused on a roll-up strategy in a very niche home services space. Most of the deals will be pretty small in size, so searching for someone who can help set up structure at a reasonable price. Please send any recommendations of those you've enjoyed working with!

Matthew, I'm currently working on closing a deal and using a new firm that is specific to only doing M&A transactions. I too have worked with other attorneys previously on deals but was looking for a firm that was more efficient, responsive and wouldn't break the bank. DM me and I can make an intro if interested.
