Working on a buy out of my partner in our coffee Company headquartered out of Delaware. I could use the expertise of a lawyer to review our documentation and help to remove my partners interest in the Delaware LLC.. Paperwork has been drafted and signed, just looking to have a review on it prior to funds being transferred..
