Skip Tracing / Off Market Deals

Hello I am looking for this communities wisdom.

When it comes to cold calling to cultivate off market deals I heard skip tracing llc is a possibility.

I heard that batchskiptracing has very high connect rate.

How do you guys cold call for off market deals?

Do you call straight to the office off a list from axeldata or do you take extra steps like skip tracing and trying to connect with them directly?

^redacted‌ - I am late for this but wil comment in case it can help someone else and will just share one nugget of the many that delivered results for us and people we work with globally when finding deal flow through cold calling: If the business is relatively small, and you only have their business phone, call their landline outside of business hours (1 hour before they open, 1 hour after, weekends etc). Two things will happen: - Pick up rate will be much lower, and that's ok - The few that pick up will most likely be owners, as they would be the only ones around after employees and assistants leave Pretty simple, I know. But it works, and you will not waste hours with secretaries giving you a hard time to speak with the boss. Did you face any challeng when cold calling in recent months?
