Sites Similar to Smithlist?

Does anybody know of a similar listing site to Smithlist by Will Smith from Acquiring Minds? Smithlist is a job listing site specifically for successful searchers and operators to post business operations and leadership roles needed for their companies. https://smithlist.com/ Its great for those who want to build frontline ownership experience before jumping into the owner's seat directly. However, new listings are sparse and many of its postings look for MBA/CEO-in-training alumni to be their GMs. I am looking mostly for a role supporting a searcher/operator with their acquired company as their right-hand man, searcher-in-training, etc (although not entirely opposed to GM roles if they fit). Any other sites come to mind?
