Sign NDA as an individual?

I am pre-search but had an interesting / time-sensitive opportunity come to me. I understand that signing an NDA through a legal entity is ideal to provide legal protection, but are there any issues or concerns with me signing as an individual?

Make sure you read the NDA and understand what you are signing. If you can live up to the terms, you are good. If not...
