When we started Searchfunder back in 2014, there were only a handful of Searchers mainly from the very top MBA programs. We found it difficult to break in from the outside, so we started Searchfunder to break down the doors and democratize access to the space. Searchfunder is for everyone. With that in mind, we've intentionally discouraged political discourse on Searchfunder to maintain a high trust community where everyone feels welcome and respected. But there is also no doubt that the broader political landscape affects the business climate that we're all swimming in. Should we relax our position to allow more political discourse as it relates to searchfunds & ETA? Would this make our unique community better or worse?
