Should I buy this Cybersecurity Business?

Currently advancing a bilateral discussion to acquire a Cybersecurity Business focused on Continuous Code Hacking through a proprietary algorithm (30% of the solution) and a robust team of inhouse hackers (70% of the solution). After reading a lot on the subject, still not clear on how this segment is evolving and how "automatable" it is putting in risk the manual portion of the business.
