Sharing Pre LOI Diligence Pack

Hi Searchfunder community - just pulled together this fairly comprehensive pre-LOI diligence pack + guide (for best practices, customization, instructions, real video examples, etc.) to share with my newsletter subs. Basically I used this to streamline and accelerate my data collection process from intro call / 1st round materials to get to an informed LOI. I've used it for deals all across the spectrum in terms of size, biz model, industry, etc. Thought it may be helpful to share here too (& test to see if this beehiiv page actually works the way I want it to).
