Alex has a transactional practice focusing on advising private equity clients in connection with leveraged recapitalizations, management buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, structured preferred and growth equity investments and search fund transactions. He serves as primary general counsel to a number of privately held companies and represents entrepreneurs and management teams in connection with rollover transactions and new ventures.
Alex is a recent recipient of the Burton Award for Legal Achievement.
