I was the first one to participate in SFA's Executive Program and am now on month four searching with SFA. There are at least three others currently in the program now. I worked directly for the CEO of one of the portfolio businesses. Along with Bootcamp I was able to hit the ground running quickly for search. What I enjoyed most out of the experience was learning how it feels from the CEO's shoes entering a new business. I also stress this experience when speaking to prospective sellers.
