Senior Bank Debt on Acquisition

Hey Guys,

I have a great deal under LOI under my company The Pave. It's a 9.8M Purchase price with 4M of EBITDA.

I'm looking for some senior bank debt on this deal rather than private credit .

If you know anyone please let me know
