This role will be instrumental in strengthening the accounting infrastructure and supporting scalable financial operations across 15+ practice locations. Key responsibilities include ownership of the month-end close process across multiple entities, preparation and review of journal entries and account reconciliations, and delivery of accurate, timely financial reporting. The role will partner closely with revenue cycle management to analyze AR aging, payer reimbursements, adjustments, and collections trends, ensuring integrity in revenue recognition. This individual will also support budgeting, forecasting, and practice-level financial analysis, including evaluating the financial impact of new providers, acquisitions, and service line expansions. Additional responsibilities include audit support, maintaining GAAP compliance, and enhancing internal controls and processes in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of accounting experience, strong technical accounting skills, and experience in multi-entity or multi-location environments. Healthcare or physician practice experience and familiarity with systems such as NetSuite and EMR/RCM platforms are strongly preferred. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to leadership and meaningful opportunity to grow into broader operational finance or controllership responsibilities as the platform scales.
