Selling my small business in DFW

I’m looking for someone who is interested and willing to buy my small business. It’s unique and a very small niche in the pool industry. Im located in the DFW area but have serviced the whole state of Texas. There are over 2 million pools in the DFW and surrounding cities. I am a one man show and this business has been going since 2007! I know there is someone out there who would love to own their own business and it has much potential to grow. I have done all the leg work, you just have to keep answering the calls, text, emails, and do exceptional work. The business has an A+ BBB rating and multiple 5-star Google Review rating. I am having knee troubles and I am ready to make a mid-life career change. Im only asking for $225k. Who out there wants to be the next owner/operator?
