Selling My Cash Flowing Medical Device Company

I'm selling my medical device company I built about 8 years ago. The company sells surgical Instruments and implants and is based out of Orange County, CA. I have had a few PE firms show a lot of interest and would like to present it to a searcher who want to come in the business and operate it.

It spits out over 1.3M of Cash a year off great margins.

If you have committed capital and looking for a recession proof business to acquire this could be great for you.

Reason for selling: I have been out of the day to day of the business for 2 years, building my Fund and Hold Co.
