Seeking an investor(s) or buyer for a multi-year M&A services platform. Owner is offering up to 49% of the platform for $588,000 ($12,000 per % of ownership) plus a premium for majority or 100% sale. Owner will provide one year of consulting/management following the sale of majority stake, and extensive non-compete for relevant segments of the business.
