Sellers Motivations - What makes me as a buyer different?

I did a little search and didn't really see a post specific to this so I thought I'd start the conversation.
We all know and have seen the lists of why sellers sell (Retirement, Different Focus, Age, Health Issues, Needs to Relocate, etc. etc.)
I want to talk specifically as a searcher. How have you all gone about selling WHY you are different as a buyer? Just to start the conversation.
- I want to continue your legacy
- Trust that I'll take care of your employees
- I'm not Private Equity
- My skillset supplements what is needed in your business for for future success
How much do these things matter? Is there other stuff I should be more focused on?

If you're a self-funded searcher, I think you need to lean in on your experience and why you're a good fit to continue and grow their business. I almost always freely share my ideas for growth, typically using my skillset I bring to the table. I get a lot of "That's exactly what I would do if I was your age", so I would say it's received positively.
That being said, especially as a younger buyer, you have to demonstrate your surety of close to the broker and seller because if you cant do that then even if they like you and your offer, they're going to go with the "sure thing" even if it's got worse terms.
