Does anyone have a redacted legal document they’d be willing to share from a deal that was structured with seller debt financing?

I might be underthinking this but I don't believe there is much magic in the documentation of a transaction that is 100% seller financed. Your purchase agreement will state that the purchase price will be delivered through a promissory note (instead of delivering cash at close) and then you will have a standard promissory note with the seller. There isn't a lot of difference between the documents for a seller financed deal and a deal you pay all cash at the closing.
