Does anyone have a seller consulting agreement template that they would be willing to share? Seeking to get a sense on "market" terms for period of time the owner would work on the transition as a part of the acquisition price, and compensation terms after that initial transition period (inclusive of any incentives or similar). Happy to share compiled information if I am able to obtain it. Thanks in advance!
