I am open to some discussions. I have a deal under LOI and working through the financial stack on my deal with an SBA loan, seller note, and equity investors. PM me if you want to set something up.

There were quite a few people on here open to talkign with me when starting out and it was a huge help so happy to do the same.

You don't need to spend $5k upfront on fund setup. All you need is a simple LLC which you can form yourself for little cost. Once you have a deal under LOI you can have the lawyers set things up for the specific deal.
