I'm a self-funded searcher based in Lakeland, Florida, actively looking to buy one business as soon as the right one comes. SBA pre-approval is in place and I have equity ready, so I can move quickly on the right deal. What I'm looking for - Revenue around $1M - SDE of at least $120K - Purchase price $500K–$1M, financed with SBA 7(a) plus seller note - Industry-agnostic — I want a business I can understand and operate, not a specialty I have to learn - Either a manager in place, or a business I can run in a few hours a week from a dashboard - Central Florida is ideal (Lakeland, Tampa, Orlando, or within about an hour), but I'll go anywhere for a business that runs remotely What I'm not looking for - eCommerce, Amazon FBA, or consumer product brands - Businesses that depend on the owner's personal sales relationships with no plan to transfer them - Anything that needs ongoing product development to stay relevant What I bring Ten years in enterprise IT infrastructure, so I'm strongest at systems, process, financial reporting, and automation.
