- Sensors OEM manufacturer with revenue that is 95% ARR.
- In business for 20+ years, 1.5M Adj. EBITDA, Margins in 45-50% range.
- Diversified product lines and revenue streams.
- Management & Operating structure in place with 2 manufacturing facilities (35 & 25 FTE)
- Owner focused on sales, and key management ppl will stay during the transition.

I invest in self funded deals that have a climate angle. Any chance these sensors are used for a climate /environmental application (eg solar, EV, building controls , etc)
