Self-Funded Searcher in Charlotte

Hi all,

Currently working in Big 4 M&A advisory and am trying to make the switch out of corporate to acquire my own business and hopefully execute a roll up strategy. However, I've read all the books and am stuck in paralysis by analysis. Would love to connect with someone to get some advice on how to just get started.
