While on the train yesterday, I saw a LinkedIn post and link to a (Google Sheets) model that addressed the key assumptions and calculations for a self-funded search (incl. treatment of preferred shares, payment schedule, etc.). Unfortunately I didn’t save the link and now can’t find it.
