I am working on a deal in the cardboard packaging sector (boxes, and displays for wine, food, cosmetics for pharmacies and large-scale distribution sectors). Company and gross margin growing (Revenues 11 mln, EBITDA 22%, 2,5 million €).
I am negotiating the LOI for a multiple of 4/4.5X EBITDA, with vendor loan and earn-out (for 20% of the EV).
