no customer concentration / 30 year-old business / limited assets
perfect match with my background as operator

Looking at following structure for $16M Purchase Price incl closing + w/c
$2M Equity
$9M Debt
$5M Earnout

Seeking CASH FLOW lending partner for the full $9M. Open to equity co-invest but not needed.
Any recommendations or any lenders on SF that are interested?

hey, quick question: what do you mean by "$5M earnout" in your deal structure? who's covering that cost, and what are the expectations on repayment?

there are programs out there to get this funding. i believe my lending partners would take on this type of funding for my clients.
