Seeking Traditional Searcher(s) nearing the end of their search phase

I am looking for a traditional searcher (individual or team) who is nearing the end of their "search phase" and has not located a suitable deal yet (and may be thinking about "next steps")... I am in touch with a b2b services business with an ownership group who is seeking one or two individuals to take over leadership of the company (and receive "search similar" economics---i.e. carried interest, annual base + bonus, etc.). The Company did 38m in revenue and 6.2m in EBITDA in CYredactedOwnership's goal is 10m in EBITDA before an ultimate sale.
