On the legal side we focus on contracts (ensuring they don't have anti-assignment or change of control provisions that require consents) and licensing requirements (which can be tricky in the western states like Oregon, Cali, EtcredactedI do alot of deals in the home services space, such as plumbing, HVAC, etc. so navigate these issues often.
