RMC Global is actively seeking to acquire a cybersecurity or risk management government contractor (GovCon) company before the new SBA rule taking effect on January 17, 2026. Specifically, we are seeking companies that fit the following criteria: 1) Provide ICS/OT cybersecurity services or resilience solutions (e.g., energy resilience, mission assurance) to government or critical infrastructure clients. Also, we are focused 2) $2M to $5M in EBITDA 3) 60%+ of the company's revenue is generated from prime, full & open contracts. If you're looking to get an SBA deal done by January you would likely want to sign an LOI late Sept - early Oct to get it done just FYI
