Seeking temporary Office- Work Space around Newport Beach

In Orange County area and seeking quiet work environment with Internet access. My home is undergoing a major renovation. Long time CEO/Advisor on acquiring non-auctioned proprietary companies, negotiation tactics, securing financing and avoiding pitfalls in the entire process. I generate deal flow without brokers or IB in avoiding auctions and currently in the mist of cross-border SAAS deals.

Industrious has month to month options that allow you access to the free space in the location, plus meeting rooms, phone pods, and everything else. There is one near South Coast and another not too far in Irvine. I suggest checking it out.

Thanks, Luke. Daniels, we office in the Atrium Building, which is on Von Karman Avenue in Irvine, just a few blocks from John Wayne Airport. Several floors of this building are leased by Premiere, which operates executive suites on a month to month basis, with shared conference room facilities, etc. I live in Newport, my worst rush hour drive is fifteen minutes. If you would like an introduction to the management at Premiere who lease the space, let me know, and you can discuss their rate for the specific period you are looking for directly with them.
