Seeking: Strategy consultant for a 2-day offsite planning session?

We're looking for a good strategy consultant to facilitate a 2-day strategic planning offsite to help our management team to develop a 5-year strategic plan, product roadmap, and define the target markets we want to go after. In addition to the standard mission, vision, values, and SWOT frameworks we're also hoping to do some brainwork in the area of "productization" of our services, so someone with product/marketing/software expertise would be ideal.
