Northline Consultancy is actively looking for co-investors to join us in acquiring established companies in manufacturing, transportation, warehousing, automation, construction & trades, demolition or ashphalt & concrete. We already have qualified deals in our pipeline and are looking for committed closing capital to move forward. Deals range from 5M-10M with minimum 1M EBITDA. I would be happy to share some details about potential target acquisitions.
