I have a new client with veterinary business that is BOOMING and in need of capital to build out a surgery suite so they can capture revenue that is currently being referred out. Problem is the owners' immigration status prevents them from obtaining traditional bank financing. They are in the final step of obtaining green cards but there is no definitive time table.
