Seeking SBA lender for ~$5m loan with seller equity rollover (under LOI)

Hey all,

I'm looking for an SBA lender who might be a fit for the following deal under LOI:

Stock deal with seller equity rollover (<20%), some equity granted to employees, and a seller note
$1.5-2m EBITDA
Provider of subscription-based healthcare e-learning products to institutions
All employees are remote; Buyer is in Texas
Limited fixed assets
Buyer background is private equity with an MBA from a top 3 school

Please let me know if you know of an SBA lender who might be a good fit!
