Seeking Remote Internship in Healthcare

I am an MD/MPH Student at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, exploring the business side of healthcare. I am currently seeking a remote internship opportunity at a fund or capital partner to help me learn technical aspects of finance or just to learn in general.
