Seeking referrals for 3rd party inventory auditors in USA and Australia

Hi everyone-- I'm currently in post-LOI due diligence and looking for inventory valuation services in the USA and Australia (don't necessarily need to be the same company). The inventory itself is pretty straightforward: non-perishable consumer products, limited SKUs.

Hoping to get a few quotes to determine whether I should hire a 3rd party or do it myself.

In the US, both RGIS and Washington Inventory Service (WIS) are options and work off-hours to minimize disruption. Consider also exploring if the software used by the company can process files provided by the inventory service OR if they offer a solution for stock taking (it's not as common, but some POS systems particularly you can rent hardware to do an annual inventory).
