I hope this message finds everyone well. I am currently exploring the opportunity of acquiring a SaaS software company and am in the preliminary stages of planning our due diligence process.

Given the complexity and technical specificity of SaaS platforms, I am keen to engage a third-party service provider that specializes in technical due diligence for such transactions.
