Seeking Recommendations for Full-Service BDR/Marketing Firms

I’m looking for recommendations on BDR/Marketing companies that specialize in deal sourcing and can manage the entire outreach process from start to finish. Meaning that the company can build prospect lists, make cold calls, and run email/LinkedIn campaigns to set discovery calls with qualified targets.

Of course, one non-negotiable requirement is that cold calling must be handled by onshore (US/CAN-based) personnel.

Have you worked with a company that you can recommend?

We’re looking for companies that can consistently deliver on KPIs (i.e., scheduled discovery calls per month).

Just to give some context, we are currently working with a Texas-based BDR agency for the last 3 months who's setting about 1 meeting per month. This performance is quite a bit lower than their target. Hence, I’m looking for an alternative provider who can deliver better results.

If anyone has any solid recommendations, it would be greatly appreciated!

Our BDRs are not NA-based but it hasn't made a difference (e.g., we still get consistently 1+ bookings a week from ~10 hours of cold calling).

^redacted‌ If you are still on the lookout for quality deal flow, I am open to discuss as we have fulfilled many of these engagements on behalf of multinationals, search funds and PE groups.
