Seeking Recommendations: Expert Accountant for Transaction Journal Entries

Hi Everyone,

I’m looking for a true expert in accounting to assist with journal entries related to a business acquisition. Unfortunately, my current accountant has not been able to provide the necessary support, and several other professionals I’ve consulted claimed to have the expertise but ultimately failed to deliver.

I need someone who genuinely understands M&A accounting and can ensure everything is recorded properly. If you have worked with someone who truly knows their stuff and can get this done correctly and efficiently, I would greatly appreciate your recommendation.

Jordan, that’s correct. This is post-closing, and we’re working to ensure everything is recorded properly from the start. This is our first acquisition, so we have a clean slate, and the industry is Security Systems Integration.
